2. Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

• Technical Specifications: While we maintain a "Vertical Production Line" to ensure consistency, technical specifications provided on this site are subject to standard industrial tolerances.
• Compliance: All products are manufactured in alignment with the "Make in India" initiative, adhering to both national and international safety standards for aquaculture, construction, and industrial applications.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The "Vigonets" brand, proprietary netting designs, technical data sheets, and all multimedia content are the exclusive intellectual property of Vasudev Polyplast Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or "scraping" of technical data for competitive analysis is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian Intellectual Property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Vasudev Polyplast Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the misuse or misapplication of our netting products.

• Suitability: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen netting grade is appropriate for the environmental and load bearing requirements of their specific industry (e.g., Marine, Agriculture, or Construction).
• Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify Vasudev Polyplast Pvt Ltd against any claims arising from third party installations or modifications of the products.
